Check-In Programs

"At Ease" Program

"At Ease" stands for "Assistance to Ensure a Safe Environment." The program is designed to promote peace of mind and sense of security for individuals who are homebound, disabled, sick, disease-stricken, living alone, elderly, or just need the assurance of being regularly contacted by someone.

Complete our At Ease Program Request Form. An Emergency 911 Communications Officer will call the individual on the date and time requested. If the first phone call is not answered, the Communications Officer will send a Sheriff's Deputy to the residence.

Extra Patrol Request

Extra patrols are performed for residents and businesses of Lumpkin County when time and resources are available. Submit an Extra Patrol Request Form. An extra patrol can be requested for up to a two week time period, and after that, you will need to fill out the form for each extension.
