Seated Standing Yoga

This yoga class focuses on functional daily stretches and alignment to help alleviate chronic pain, improve range of motion, build strength, and improve balance.  A chair is used for seated and standing yoga and there is no floor or mat work. This class is for ages 21 and up. It is also available to Silver Sneaker members as well as non-silver sneaker members. For Silver Sneaker members the class is free and for non-members it is $5.

This class meets on Saturdays at 9:30am at Parks and Recreation.
