How do I receive the criminal history from the Sheriff's Office?

Once you arrive at the Lumpkin County Sheriff's Office Lobby, let a Sheriff's Office Employee know that you need a criminal history ran. A form will be provided for you to fill out.  Fill out the form in its entirety and return it to a Sheriff's Office employee along with your ID, proof of residence, work or school and payment (exact change required).
