with the Election Supervisor.
Republican Candidates will qualify with the Republican Party.

 The Absentee by Mail drop box will be located at the Lumpkin County Elections Office and will be available for use during the hours of advance voting.

QUALIFYING FEES FOR 2024 COUNTY ELECTIONS

PUBLIC NOTICE

State law pertaining to qualifying fees requires that the Lumpkin County Governing Authority fix and publish qualifying fees for county offices not later than February 1 of any year in which a general primary, non-partisan election, or general election is to be held.  

The qualifying period will begin Monday, March 4, 2024 at 9:00 AM and will end on Friday, March 8, 2024 at Noon.

LOGIC AND ACCURACY TESTING PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy testing and preparation of equipment to be used in the March 12th, 2024 Presidential Preference Primary will begin at 9:00 AM on January 17th, 2024.  Testing will continue until complete and members of the public are entitled to be present during testing.  Said testing and preparation will be conducted at the Lumpkin County Elections & Voter Registration Office at 56 Short Street, Dahlonega, GA.
